The Brief
Lisa was starting a new residential house cleaning business and felt she needed a website to promote it. She had no idea where to start and contacted me to help.
Our Approach
The project began with me asking alot of question, always do, about the business, the purpose of the wegsite, short and long term goals.
From there I, did my diligence to find out who the top competitors were in this niche and location. Next I, looked at what they were doing and what the opportunities would be to create the best results for Lisa.
I felt confident, based on the research, that we could break into this market in a short time, with a website optimized with the right keywords, combined with the right amount of content and off site seo.
I proposed a plan that was accepted and begain to work creating a content and keyword rich website, very user friendly with the goal of getting users to click to call from the site to the client. .
I provided all content with the exception of a few personalized informative cleaning videos that Lisa created at our request. The videos and images were optimized for the keywords and geo targeted to the business service area.
The overall website design was a clean and modern, responsive on all devices, appealing to the eye and user friendly. Information about the business services and trust building elements were readily accessible. The phone number was prominently placed on all pages for all devices, making click to call a practical option for the visitor, making it as easy as possible for the visitor to contact the client.
The client also opted for the ongoing care plan provided by our agency.
The Result
Within 3 months of the new website launch, the website was in the top 5 in Google organic search and number 3 in the GMB map pack.
The traffic continued to increase, along with the call volume. The client responded to the customers promptly and provided good quality service, in turn was able to get positive reviews and within 6 months ranked number one in the Google Map Pack and consistently between 1 and 3 in organic search.
Without any additional marketing, Lisa has been able to steadily grow her customer base through the calls received via the website ranking highly in Google.
